Per 1 maart 2021 heb ik de overstap gemaakt van Wintertaling in Amsterdam naar Hermans & Schuttevaer Notarissen (vestiging Amsterdam). Sinds juli 2016 ben ik werkzaam als kandidaat-notaris en ben gespecialiseerd op het gebied van het vennootschaps- en ondernemingsrecht. Ik focus mij specifiek op herstructureringen, participaties, fusies en overnames en start-ups.
